Founded in 2024, Fifth Generation League exists to rewrite the story of generational opportunity in America.

For generations, communities of color, and women, have been systematically denied ownership, education, healthcare, and basic human rights: the very cornerstones of security, stability, and legacy. This denial was not accidental, and its effects persist today.

We are here to change that.
​
Fifth Generation League envisions a future where families can pass down advantage, not adversity. Where privilege is no longer exclusive to the 1%, but intentionally built, protected, and transferred across generations.
We believe in passing down five pillars to future generations—OLLIE: Ownership, Leadership, Longevity, Insight, and Education—the forces that create lasting empowerment. When families have access to these pillars, they gain the tools to build wealth, strengthen their voice and establish legacies that endure.

A Message From Our Founder

This is personal for me and it’s why this work matters. My family’s legacy could have been even stronger. My great-grandmother, Ollie, a Black woman born in Mississippi in 1916, left us houses, assets with the potential to create lasting wealth. But we didn’t fully leverage them or use them to propel our family forward.

We had the basics in place, ownership and passing it to the right people, but we didn’t understand how to maximize what we had or allow it to compound into greater advantage over time. In short, we didn’t keep them. Years later, I tried to buy back her four-unit property and was priced out of the market. Opportunity lost. That gap between having something and knowing how to grow it is where too many families get left behind.

I believe generational strength isn’t just about what you inherit, but whether you’re given the knowledge and support to grow it. And just as importantly, the desire to do so.

That belief is what led me here and why this work feels bigger than me. It’s why I’m committed to ensuring opportunity doesn’t end with one generation, but continues forward for families, communities, and generations to come, including my own.
