Passing down knowledge and resources across generations is a powerful force.
Let’s harness it to close the gaps in wealth, equity, and access for People of Color and Women.
The Facts.
Generations of systemic inequality, combined with limited opportunities to pass down knowledge and wealth, have left Black families and women with fewer advantages and a wider gap in access to high-impact opportunities.
Why Does This Matter?
Inherited wealth plays a pivotal role in advancing the economic launch point for future generations.
The Shift.
We’re striving to change these dismal statistics by passing down knowledge and assets that will elevate families for generations.
Inclusive Privilege is Essential.
Founded in 2024, Fifth Generation League exists to rewrite the story of generational opportunity in America.
For generations, communities of color—and women—have been systematically denied ownership, education, healthcare, and basic human rights: the very cornerstones of security, stability, and legacy. This denial was not accidental, and its effects persist today.
We are here to change that.
Fifth Generation League envisions a future where families can pass down advantage—not adversity. Where privilege is no longer exclusive to the 1%, but intentionally built, protected, and transferred across generations.
Our work is grounded in five pillars—OLLIE: Ownership, Leadership, Longevity, Insight, and Education—the forces that create lasting empowerment. When families have access to these pillars, they gain the tools to build wealth, strengthen their voice, and establish legacies that endure.
Fifth Generation League is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Tax ID#: 99-1098128
Our Mission
We empower communities of color to build bridges for future generations—transforming legacy into wealth, wisdom, and opportunity as leverage in the fight against systemic disinvestment.
Our Vision
Communities of color command privilege and access as the standard, where equitable outcomes are inevitable, and every barrier is dismantled.
